ERDAS Imagine is the world's most widely-used remote sensing software package for creating information from geospatial data. ODU has a limited site license for the ERDAS Imagine Image Processing Software application. Our site license provides ODU with 26 instructional "seats" and 4 faculty/staff reserved licenses.
ODU also has a limited number of License Authentication Codes (LACs) which allow students to generate free student licenses of the software.
ERDAS Imagine is available in the Monarch Virtual Environment ArcGIS Desktop pool.

Where to get it
- The most current stable version of ERDAS Imagine may be found in any of our GIS computing environments or on the Monarch Virtual Environment (MoVE) ArcGIS Desktop.
Platform requirements
- ERDAS Imagine runs exclusively in the Windows Operating environment; however, Mac and other OS users may access the software through the Monarch Virtual Environment.
