ODU Libraries share that Stuart Frazer, Deputy University Librarian, will fill the leadership position of Interim University Librarian as of June 10, 2020. Mr. Frazer joined the Libraries in 1995 and has served in several roles, including Administrative Services Librarian, Head of Access Services, Interlibrary Loan Librarian, and Social Sciences Librarian.
Earning his MLS degree from Rutgers University, an MA in Humanities from Old Dominion University, and BA in sociology from Tulane University, Mr. Frazer has overseen and administered Libraries' functions in budgeting, procurement, inventory and asset control, facilities maintenance and projects, and personnel management. Also, he has led a successful effort that established a model of professional development for faculty administrators and faculty professionals at the Libraries.
