From October 6-10, 2019, the College of Arts and Letters will be holding its 42nd Annual Literary Festival "Crossing Thresholds." Remica Bingham-Risher and Luisa Igloria, festival directors, have assembled an array of thought-provoking writers/speakers.
They are: Elaine Castillo, Chen Chen, Breena Clarke, Desiree Cooper, Safia Elhillo, Elaine Fletcher Chapman, Ilya Kaminsky, Mary Jean Kledzik, Diana Khoi Nguyen, José Olivarez, Benjamín Naka-Hasebe Kingsley, Renee Olander, Phil Raisor, Noah Renn, Deborah Wallace, Xuan Juliana Wang, and Kent Wascom. Tayari Jones will be the President's Lecture Series speaker on Thursday 10/10.
