Professor Vikas Ashok will present a lecture titled "Non-Visual Web Browsing: Beyond Web Accessibility". Professor Ashok leads the Accessible Computing Lab at ODU, which focuses on accessible computing. This interdisciplinary field crosscuts Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence. Notably, members of the lab group aim to make computing devices more accessible to people with visual disabilities while providing similar technological advancements as offered to sighted persons.
