Get immersed into a deeper musical experience with Finnish composer Jean Sibelius’s Third Symphony, which is at times soulful, meditative, and ultimately full of reaffirming hope. Also featuring Johannes Brahms’s powerfully profound Tragic Overture, as well as soprano Ava Stevenson, winner of the 2023 ODU Young Artists Competition, performing George F. Handel’s heart-wrenching “Piangerò la sorte mia” from Giulio Cesare.
