** The Learning Commons will be resume its normal operating hours as of Sunday, October 4 at 9am. **
As announced by ODU Alerts, all classes, activities, and events will be cancelled beginning at noon on Friday October 2 through Sunday October 4. The Learning Commons @ Perry Library will remain open until 10 PM on Friday, October 2, and will be open from 10 AM - 10 PM on Saturday October 3 and Sunday October 4. Einstein's Bagels, located inside the Learning Commons will close at 2 PM on Friday, October 2 and remain closed through the weekend.
The Learning Commons Help Desk will be the only service point staffed in Perry Library during the University closing. Most services provided by the Circulation Desk will not be available after 12 PM on Friday. This includes adding money to print accounts, paying fines, checking out reserve materials, and picking up holds. The exception is Interlibrary Loan materials, which can be picked up at the Learning Commons Help Desk.
Diehn Composers Room and Hofheimer Art Library will close at noon on Friday, October 2 and remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.
