The American Society of Engineering Management. founded in 1979, is the largest Engineering Management Society and certifies engineering managers (two levels) via the Associate Engineering Manager (AEM) or Professional Engineering Manager (PEM) certification exam. Each year the society presents honors to the top Engineering Managers and programs in the Nation.
