The ODU Model United Nations Conference is held at the beautiful and recently renovated Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel in downtown Norfolk, Virginia (http://www.norfolk.va.us/).
The Sheraton faces the Elizabeth River and the dramatic docks and cranes of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, across the water in Portsmouth, where US Navy warships are overhauled. Norfolk Waterside, MacArthur Mall and the battleship USS Wisconsin are a quick walk. ODUMUNC strongly encourages all delegations to take advantage of the Sheraton, to maximize delegate access and concentration on the conference.
Hotel Accommodation
A special room rate of $124 per night, excluding taxes, is extended to all conference participants. To be guaranteed the discount, hotel reservations must be made by Friday January 17, 2025, but book early; our room bloc is limited, we cannot guarantee rooms will still be available that late.
