Requirements for a Physics Minor
- Physics 231N: University Physics I
- Physics 232N: University Physics II
- Physics 319: Analytical Mechanics
- Physics 323: Modern Physics
- Physics Electives: Any physics courses level 300 or above (6 credits)
Plan of Study sheets show the courses required for graduation with a physics major. Five "tracks" are offered:
- Concentration A: For students intending to go on to graduate school in physics.
- Concentration B: For students intending to pursue a job in industry; or technical sales.
- Concentration C: A teacher preparation program for students intending to teach K-12.
- Concentration D: A five year, dual degree program in Physics and Electrical Engineering.
- Concentration E: A five-year Bachelor of Science in Physics and Master of Business Administration dual degree program.
We also offer a Certificate of Career Experience.
