Joel Bock

Dr. Bock received his PhD in Philosophy from DePaul University in 2024 with his dissertation “Work and Leisure in the Digital Age: Aristotle, Hegel, and Stiegler.” His current research investigates the relation between technology, ethics, and politics by examining how the history of diverse ethical traditions and contemporary Continental philosophy can inform contemporary debates in the philosophy of technology.
