Welcome to the Center for Career & Leadership Development (CCLD)! We are here to empower students and alumni in your career and leadership development from your first day as a Monarch through graduation and  your career, and we do so by collaborating strategically with campus and community partners. Key programs and services we offer Monarchs include career coaching and programs, leadership development, resume reviews and job search preparation, career fairs and employer connections, our job-posting database Handshake, student employment coordination and training, volunteer and service-learning programs, career treks, professional mentorship programs, living-learning and theme communities, and the Monarch Pantry.
