The Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity is thrilled to offer the Inclusive Monarch Program, a three-level professional learning initiative designed to provide all faculty, staff, and students with practical and technical skills to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in their respective spaces. Level 1, which is available online through Vector Solutions, focuses on foundational training in communication for inclusion, and these topics include:

·       Engagement

·       Unconscious Bias

·       Reactions to Difference

·       The Impact of Stereotypes and Myths

·       Ways to Become an Ally

To access Level 1 of the Inclusive Monarch Program, follow the steps below:

1.      Visit the program landing page: Listen, Learn, Lead

2.      Select Vector Solutions Online Training and log in with your MIDAS credentials.

3.      Select View Library

4.      Select the Policy tab and pick one of these tracks:

·        Inclusive Excellence Bundle for AP Faculty and Classified Staff

·        Inclusive Excellence Bundle for Instructional Faculty

5.     Once you complete the modules within your track, you may access additional modules in the Learning Library.

Those who complete Level 1 by October 14th, will be invited to our one-year anniversary celebration! See attached flyer for more information.
