Etta Henry appointed as Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing and Payment Solutions

Last summer, with a renewed focus on the University’s procure-to-pay philosophy, I asked Etta Henry to serve in a dual role leading Procurement Services and Accounts Payable operations. The effective transition of these key business functions has noticeably increased customer focus and improved responsiveness. Therefore, I am happy to announce the appointment of Etta Henry as Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing and Payment Solutions. I am confident Etta will continue to lead her team as an exemplar for upholding the importance of quality customer service.
