Occupational and Technical Studies (OTS) prepares graduates by introducing them to workplace competencies and hands-on experiences in quality programs. Students learn 21st century knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in one of five highly employable concentrations: Career and Technical Education (including Technology Education and Marketing Education), Fashion Merchandising, Industrial Technology, and Training Specialist. In addition to concentration specific knowledge, graduates learn skills required in today's workplace including leadership, communications, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem solving. Apprenticeship and student teaching opportunities are available.
