New Building Dedication
Old Dominion University hosted an opening celebration, including a ribbon cutting, for the Ellmer College of Health Sciences’ new home on Aug. 29.
The recently-completed 128,257-square-foot building is home to two public-facing clinics, the Faschini Wallach Center for Restorative Therapies, the Sofia & David Konikoff Dental Hygiene Care Facility, and six of the University’s health sciences programs.
Dennis & Jan Ellmer Health Scholars Program
This prestigious scholarship will be awarded in the amounts of $6,000 during fall and again during spring semester to recognize exceptional sophomore, junior, senior, and second year or beyond graduate students in health-related programs who have shown commitment to serving underserved communities or overcome significant personal or academic challenges.
Need Advising?
The Health Sciences Advising Center assist students who intend to apply to academic programs in the Ellmer College of Health Sciences and Ellmer School of Nursing. Each semester students are required to meet with an advisor to ensure that you are on track toward applying to your intended program.
