- COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE SUCCESS: Be prepared to offer the best to your employees. This course will help you identify the mindset and skills needed to coach for performance. Coaching models will be discussed to help maximize performance and foster positive results.
- COMMUNICATION FLEXIBILITY: UNDERSTAND AND ADAPT YOUR STYLE: Building communication flexibility allows you to choose a different style to customize your message to the preferred communication style(s) of your audience and ensures that your message is heard. Understanding different communication styles is crucial to working together effectively. In this course, you will learn about four different communication styles, how to identify each, identify your natural communication style, and how to adapt your own communication approach.
- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Effective communication is an essential tool in achieving productivity and maintaining resilient working relationships at all levels of an organization.
