Beat the crowd and complete the Equipment Loan Agreement Form early. The form must be completed by all ODU students, faculty and staff once per academic year before any equipment is checked out. Once you complete the form, you will not have to complete it again until fall 2015! The form is located on the Equipment Loans guide.
