Kid Friendly Show!

Are you ready kids??? I can’t hear youuuuu….

We’re taking ODU’s Le Planetarium deep under the sea to spend an evening with Bikini Bottom’s most absorbent and yellow and porous resident, Spongebob Squarepants. It’s been twenty (!) years since SpongeBob first washed up onto the big screen, and we’re celebrating the date with the ODU Biology department, who will be on hand to talk about our favorite real-life sea critters: sponges, starfish, plankton, sea cucumbers, crabs, squirrels, squids and mer-people.

“A marvel of unleashed childishness, like a birthday party on the edge of spinning out of control.” - The New York Times, 2004
