Off-campus access to many online resources offered through ODU Libraries is limited to current students, faculty and staff at the University. As of January 31, 2017 off-campus login authentication to these resources will occur exclusively through ODU MIDAS (Monarch Identification and Authorization System) account. MIDAS is ODU's log-in ID and password management system that enables users to access the University's integrated technology services. All students, faculty (including Faculty Emeriti) and staff persons at the University are eligible to obtain a MIDAS account, with most doing so upon being admitted or hired.

If you are part of the University and have not yet established a MIDAS account, information on how to do so is available at: http://odu.edu/ts/access/monarchkey

Those not eligible to access Libraries online resources from off-campus via MIDAS login may still do so on public computers located in Learning Commons @ Perry Library. Please contact 757-683-4178 or learningcommons@odu.edu for details.

Please direct questions or concerns related to off-campus access to online Libraries resources to Stuart Frazer, Head of Access Services, sfrazer@odu.edu or 757-683-4174.
