Therapeutic Exercise to Maximize Participant Outcomes
Exercise is essential to life, as it has been shown to improve outcomes for individuals with known chronic diseases, such as cardiopulmonary disease, diabetes, and stroke. Participants can improve their quality of life through increased strength and endurance.
