We are located at 4501 Elkhorn Ave. The Planetarium entrance is in the Chemistry Building lobby.
Parking is available in the 43rd & Elkhorn Garage at the corner of Elkhorn Ave. and West 43rd St. You must enter the garage from Elkhorn Ave. Do not park in the Faculty/Staff side of the garage. It is part of the same complex but has a separate entrance. You will get a ticket if you park in the incorrect section of the garage.
There is hourly parking available on all levels of the 43rd & Elkhorn Garage. Hourly parking is $2.00 per hour and can be paid for using your cell phone through MobilePay text2park. Please pay immediately after parking your vehicle to avoid citation/towing. To use MobilePay, look for the signs with the Lot Code or QR Code and text or scan the code with your mobile device to follow the step-by-step instructions.
On-Campus ADA parking spaces require both a valid DMV issued plate or placard and a valid ODU Permit or Hourly Parking payment. ADA parking spaces in Lot 38 (next to the garage) are also part of the hourly parking offered in the 43rd & Elkhorn Garage. To get to the Planetarium, walk across Elkhorn Ave to the Chemistry Building on your left and enter first set of doors.
If you wish to pay cash for parking, the only lot on campus with a cash pay station is Visitor lot L-7 by SB Ballard Stadium.
