Overall Qualifications:
- Tutoring experience required, can be formal or informal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills required
- Customer service experience a must
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor
- Knowledgeable of ODU
- Ability to clearly communicate content information to students
- Minimum 2.8 GPA; 3.0 GPA or higher perferred
- Current ODU undergraduate student
Math Tutoring:
- Must have completed at least one semester of math at ODU at MATH 162M level or higher with a grade of B or higher
Chemistry Tutoring:
- Must have completed at least one semester of chemistry at ODU at CHEM 123N/124N level or higher with a grade of B or higher; completion of CHEM 211/212 with grade of B or higher preferred
