The Department of Management in ODU's Strome College of Business has partnered with ADP, one of the region's largest private-sector employers and an industry-leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to create a Human Resource Management Concentration called the ADP HCM Academy @ ODU. This program offers students an opportunity to develop the tools and skills needed to succeed in Human Resource Management careers.

This is a full-time doctoral program that is typically completed in four years. Upon completion, the student will earn a Ph.D. in Business Administration with specialization in strategic management and support areas in entrepreneurship and international business.
