Old Dominion University graduates or licensure-only program completers who are applying for an initial Virginia teacher license or adding an endorsement should submit College Verification forms directly to our office. Complete Part 1 ONLY of the College Verification Form. Complete the following form and attach your college verification form at the bottom. The form will be processed in 10-14 business days and then be returned to you. Use this link to submit your college verification form.
- Graduates of an approved advanced licensure program in Administration and Supervision, School Counseling, Math Specialist, or Reading Specialist who already have an active teaching license in Virginia can request a college verification form upon program completion.
