The ODU Pilates Center is a growing Pilates community that includes a fully equipped studio, personalized instruction, mixed equipment classes and mat classes. The ODU Pilates Center is a division of the ODU Dance Program and is housed in The Diehn Center for the Performing Arts at 1339 W. 49th Street, on the campus of Old Dominion University.
The center offers high-quality Pilates instruction in a welcoming environment. We are dedicated to honoring and empowering each client on their journey toward personal growth and well-being. From rehabilitation of injury to high performance athleticism, the ODU Pilates Center offers motivating classes and sessions to guide you towards an understanding of individualized movement and full body health.
