Where is the Credentialing Center Located?

We are located in the Student Success Center, Room 1105, directly behind Perry Library.

The GPS Address is 1262 W. 43rd Street, Norfolk, VA 23529. Metered parking is available in Garage A on 43rd Street and Elkhorn Avenue.

Where Do I Park?

There is metered parking available in Garage A on the corner of 43rd Street and Elkhorn Ave.


What Are Your Hours?

Testing hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


What Type of I.D. Do I Need?

All test takers must have a government issued ID. Some exams may require more than one ID.

Be sure to check with your exam sponsor for specific ID requirements. Test takers without proper identification may be turned away without refund.


Do You Have A Place to Store Belongings?

Yes, all test takers are assigned a locker. Locker storage is complimentary, there is no fee.


Refunds

For testing appointments made directly through ODU, only:

Individuals who fail to reschedule by the registration deadline (at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment) or fail to show up for their appointment will need to schedule another testing appointment and repay the test administration fee. Refunds will only be issued (minus a $3.50 fee charged by RegisterBlast) if notice is given in writing (e-mail credentialingcenter@odu.edu) at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

Testing fees for vouchers, or appointments made through other companies must be dealt with through that particular company. ODU has no authority over these types of refunds.
