Women's History Month: Gender, Engineering, & Solutions
March 3rd - 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Perry Library! ODU Libraries welcome Dr. Annette Finley-Croswhite as she offers the keynote address on Women in STEM: Past, Present, Future. Additionally, MAE 111 students will share presentations on how gender impacts engineering design and careers. All Monarchs are invited to join the conversation, explore student presentation topics, and enjoy light refreshments! Undergraduate Research Symposium: March 19
Posters and artwork for the 2022 Undergraduate Research Symposium will be available to view in the Learning Commons @ Perry Library on Saturday, March 19 from 9am-5pm. Presentations will be available via Zoom.
The Old Dominion University Undergraduate Research Symposium through the Perry Honors College provides undergraduates the opportunity to present the results of their research and creative projects in a public forum. The symposium has been an important and successful annual event since 2010.
2nd Annual Arts in the Libraries Virtual Festival: March 21-25
Join the 2nd Annual Arts in the Libraries Virtual Festival, starting March 21, as ODU Libraries highlight the beauty in books, paintings and partnerships, and art and atlases. Partnered with the Gordon Art Galleries, the University Theatre, and faculty members, the Libraries are hosting a weeklong event designed to showcase art, a lecture series, digital exhibits, dance and music performances, and a zine-making workshop.
