
Old Dominion waives the one-year residency requirement to receive in-state tuition when active-duty military personnel change their leave and earning statements to reflect Virginia withholding, driver's license, voter, and vehicle registration.
Recently, the Virginia state legislature approved the reinstatement of in-state tuition benefits for eligible active-duty spouses and military dependents who meet specific domicile requirements.
