Over 29 million Americans experience a clinically significant eating disorder during their lifetime. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders defines eating disorders as a psychological condition that affects your relationship with food. If you need outpatient services to help manage your body image or eating concerns, check out this local treatment center. Food is not the enemy and you are more than a number on a scale. We come in many different and beautiful colors, shapes, and sizes. So let's focus on celebrating and honoring our bodies instead.
