Or take advantage of our hands-on informative experiences on nutrition, wellness and fitness. Fitness Orientations

Interested in beginning a fitness program, but don't know where to start? How about using fitness equipment that you have watched others use, but aren't sure how to use it? Sign up for a free fitness orientation with one of our Fitness Specialists to help guide you through your fitness journey and determine the best programs and workouts for you.

Body Fat Analysis

Interested in determining your current body fat level? Schedule a time to meet with a Fitness Specialist for a zero contact Body Fat Analysis using our BodyLogic Body Fat Analyzer. Appointments should be scheduled before your workout, on a day when normal sleep patterns and eating habits take place. Results may vary based on altered daily routine.
