Sign up for a free fitness orientation with one of our Fitness Specialists to help guide you through your fitness journey and determine the best programs and workouts for you.
Interested in determining your current body fat level? Schedule a time to meet with a Fitness Specialist for a zero contact Body Fat Analysis using our BodyLogic Body Fat Analyzer. Appointments should be scheduled before your workout, on a day when normal sleep patterns and eating habits take place. Results may vary based on altered daily routine.
