The Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. The tentative agenda is attached.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any board members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
