Emergency Meeting of the Board of Visitors of Old Dominion University

The Board of Visitors of Old Dominion University will meet on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Pursuant to Executive Amendment 28 to HB29 (2020), the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum of Board members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.

Members of the public may submit written comments related to the attached agenda to the Executive Secretary to the Board at dmeeks@odu.edu by 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2020. Public comments should address only the items listed on the attached agenda and will be distributed to the Board prior to the meeting.

Meetings of the Board's standing committees and the nominating committee will be held prior to June 18 on the dates/times noted on the attached schedule.
